Coorg - Kushalnagar

Also close to Coorg, and not a big detour from our way, is Kushalnagar - the largest Tibetan settlement in the south of India (and perhaps the second largest in India after Dharamsala). There is a beautiful monastery - the Nyingmapa monastery there, which we planned to visit on the way.

Coorg - Dubare

On the way back from Coorg, we planned to visit the Dubare elephant camp, where my son could enjoy bathing and feeding the elephants. Like most kids, seeing animals make him happy, even if he is a little scared. And he is just crazy about water - he can spend any amount of time playing in it!!
